Season #3 is underway!
Why lift weights or jog for exercise? Isn't it better to just hit people with a ball? Why did they abandon this beautiful sport in grade school? It should be a national past time just like baseball... Think of playing dodgeball being like cheap therapy and exercise all in one.

. Here's a quick run through:
You sign up to get your name in the pool and will be placed on a team based on a draft to be held on Jan 2nd, 2010
We
play weekly on Tuesdays starting anywhere from 6:30pm ~ 8:30pm
in Ocean Beach. (Probably 7pm & 8pm games depending on number of teams.)
Matches usually last 50 minutes. Scrimmaging if time allows is strongly encouraged!
Just bring yourself and athletic attire. No equipment necessary! Though you may find knee pads helpful.
No experience? That's ok. A big part of the fun is learning the strategy. (yes, there is strategy in dodge ball!) But it's addicting and sooooo much fun!
No, it doesn't hurt when you get hit. We use soft indoor balls. Get one for yourself at
